Each engagement is sized for a particular moment in a company's project life — standing up an office, taking stock of in-flight work, or quietly tidying the templates teams use every week.
S-01 · Multi-month
A multi-month engagement to help a mid-sized company stand up a working project office — governance structure, reporting cadence, intake design, the prioritisation framework, and the templates the office will use day to day.
S-02 · Short engagement
A short engagement in which an advisor reviews the current portfolio of in-flight projects and produces a written reading of its shape — concentration of effort, alignment with company direction, and structural friction.
S-03 · Focused
A focused engagement to refresh the templates a company uses on every project — charter, status report, stage-gate review, and closure document. Output is a coherent set in the client's voice, with short usage notes.

Common questions
Mid-sized organisations in Thailand running ten to fifty active projects across functions. Often the project office is being set up for the first time, or has drifted and needs a quiet reset. Both family-owned groups and listed companies appear in our work.
The Project Office Setup Engagement runs for several months — usually four to six — followed by three months of advisory support during early operation. The Portfolio Health Review is shorter, typically four to six weeks. The Templates Refresh is about three weeks.
Yes. We design the governance and the templates so they sit comfortably on top of the tooling already in use — whether that is a spreadsheet stack, a project tool from a major vendor, or something more bespoke. Tool change is a separate conversation.
Each engagement is offered at a fixed fee, listed in Thai Baht: ฿33,800 for the Setup, ฿14,600 for the Portfolio Review, and ฿4,200 for the Templates Refresh. Travel outside Greater Bangkok is billed separately at cost.
Yes — particularly in the Portfolio Health Review, where sponsor interviews are central to the reading. For the Setup engagement, sponsors are invited into the workshop on prioritisation and into the dashboard sign-off.
Always. We sign mutual NDAs at the start of every engagement, and our advisors handle company project lists with the same care leadership does. Working materials are returned or destroyed at engagement close, on request.
